Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with all original manuals and accessories included.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
