The knife is designed with Precision Edge Technology, meaning it's measured and cut with a laser and sharpened with whetstone for a sophisticated edge that keeps the bread's delicate insides intact. High-carbon stainless steel tang ensures the knife can cut roughly without failing. An ergonomic handle provides a solid, comfortable grip to prevent slippage when cutting. Made of polyoxymethylene, the handle resists becoming discolored over time; this handle and tang are attached securely with three rivets.
